My therapist was wonderful. However the staff is nonexistent and the office manager is a moron. I honestly put my appointment in my calendar for the wrong day. After trying multiple times to pay the no show fee on their circa 2010 website, I dare say it was a POS. I was promptly told I was inappropriate for being critical of their patient portal, that doesn't work and was promptly told they would no longer see me and that was that. How petty of a therapist/moron office manager. Go elsewhere. Don't take advice from a petty woman that if you dare question her ancient software, no staff. Who wouldn't be frustrated with such piss poor service? Ok, I can go elsewhere. As should you. Lauren you cant handle criticism of your cost cutting measures and a website that is unusable? Perhaps you can see my therapist? Maybe she can help you? Any wonder why better help is eating you lunch? When a patient can't call your office as you have no staff, not a receptionist, not a scheduler, nothing. Then you have a website from maybe 15 years ago? Go back to therapy sweetheart, you have no business "running" a business. You're just driving it into the ground when a patient can't even pay you, and your fragile ego can't handle frustration over your STUPID choices.
