I have been in a lot of pain and both Doctors are always happy to adjust or simply ask me how am I feeling like genuine people! I can't leave the rest of the staff behind, the ladies in the front are always so kind and professional, they are so understanding of my schedule. Even once they are done with their treatment (if I ever get there) I plan on coming here still. It is in a nice business building and 5 minutes from my house. I felt rushed, as if on an assembly line, and the adjustment was unsatisfactory. Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.
