When I contacted management, the owner refused to resolve the issue, claiming I underreported the condition of the appliances, both of which had nothing more than average soiling, and in fact we had washed the refrigerator shelves the day before. The company did not notify me of any issues or extra fees during the service. Very disappointed in the lack of accountability and incomplete work for such a high price. The baseboards in the kitchen were not cleaned and the window sills were not cleaned. We have used professional cleaners for all of our move out cleanings over the years and have never had a problem with things just being left not done before.

The work she did was fine, but I paid for significantly more staffing and time than I received. When I raised this, I was told pricing is based on scope rather than hours, which I understand in principle, but this wasn't a case of the same crew working faster half the promised crew simply didn't show. I asked what a fair adjustment would look like when asked, offered a specific number, and never heard back it's been over a week now. Disappointing, since the actual cleaning itself was good and I wanted to keep using them.
