When it came time for someone to retrieve personal belongings from a work truck, he became aggressive, got in their face, and started yelling instead of handling it calmly. The explanation for issues on the job was also questionable. Complaints about sand being left in a truck or on a lanai were used as justification, yet the customer from that same job gave a five-star review and described the work as excellent. That contradiction speaks for itself. Overall, this reflects poor management, lack of professionalism, and an inability to handle situations with basic respect.
