Our first call was to another Ford dealership in West Memphis, but unfortunately they were unable to help us. We then called Landers Ford Memphis, and Rose answered the phone. From the very first moment, she was kind, compassionate, and eager to help. She immediately connected us with Willie, who took the time to speak with my husband, provide expert advice, and assess the situation over the phone. After discussing the symptoms, Willie determined that the issue could be dangerous to the engine and advised us to come in right away. From the moment we arrived, both Rose and Willie made us feel welcome. They showed genuine care and concern for our family, including our three road-weary children. Willie and his team went above and beyond to get our truck diagnosed and repaired as quickly as possible. They even provided us with a courtesy vehicle so we could take the kids to visit the Bass Pro Pyramid while the repairs were being completed. What could have easily become a vacation-ending nightmare turned into a positive experience because of the professionalism, expertise, and kindness of Landers Ford Memphis staff. After researching the part, I found that the genuine GM replacement camera typically costs around $150-$180, so the total charge seems excessively high. Unfortunately, I'm also disappointed with the quality of the repair. After the camera was replaced, the license plate now occupies more of the camera's view, making me question whether the camera was installed or positioned correctly. The image quality is also noticeably less clear than I expected from a new camera. Installation and the pricing, as this experience has been disappointing.

A guy saw me and came out to meet me n I explained I had run over a rock!!!!‍ He preceded to tell me to pull to a bay n then he checked it out, put air in it but we both heard the air coming back out. He then said hold on let me get someone else. He brought a guy out who bent down n found the leak and to my already bad day said it was in the side wall. Yikes. But they said we got you. You be ok. The guy took off my bad tire n put on my donut, mind u I'd just bought the vehicle a month ago. So yea, I'm a lil nervous. These two gentlemen Mike & Gabe were attentive, calm and most friendly in my time of need. I made it home on the donut. Lollol. I wanted to Thank these guys, but they wouldn't take any token of my appreciation which further made my day. So though I didn't have service this time I won't forget for future choices in my automotive needs. Kudos to these fellows n the mgmt that hired them. . They've been maintaining my 20-year-old truck beautifully since maybe 2012. Sometime in 2021-22…read morethey did a complete brake overhaul--a flush, new rotors, pads, etc. I've NEVER had a complaint about their work, they're very competent and competitively priced. Here's the problem--they do a routine inspection checking all the fluids, brake pads, tires, alignment, etc., but the last time I was there, less than 18 months and 7,000 miles after my complete brake job, their "inspector" reported that my brake fluid was SHOT, and needed to be flushed. He even furnished a picture of the test strip he supposedly used. Remembering that they had just done all of that work on my previous visit, I declined the unnecessary service, and just had them change the oil, rotate the tires, and replace a belt. When I asked the manager, WTF? He stood by the technician's report and even "postured" a little like he was daring me to question it. I just rolled my eyes and walked away. He knew he was busted. I've attached the pictures they sent me. One end of the test strip is for coolant, the other is for brake fluid. The "technician" swapped in a bad brake fluid test strip from some other car for his photograph. I took the vehicle home, bought a GOOD brake fluid testing unit online. It arrived the next day, and showed that my brake fluid was like new. I checked it again last week (July 2025), it's still in great shape. I drive It less than 5,000 miles a year and it stays in a very well insulated garage. I could tell you about the time they stripped the threads on my oil drain plug, and how it leaked all over my spotless garage floor on Christmas Eve. Or how they sent me pictures of oil leaking out of the pan (I delayed having this repair done and it magically cured itself!) Or the time they replaced my spark plugs twice within a 20,000 mile period (because I wasn't paying attention and said to go ahead and do it) --but all of that is water under the bridge. So basically, in May of 2024, a tech and his manager both tried to trick me into paying for an unnecessary brake flush. Not the first time they had tried something like this, but it was the first time I noticed. I see the reviews since then seem to have declined, as well. Maybe I'm not alone? Not a very Christian thing to do, IMO. I read a Book once that said it's against the rules to violate or misrepresent the "name, image, and likeness" of the Almighty. Somebody will have to answer for that someday. Not my place, not my problem. I'm selling the old truck soon anyway, won't be going back to CBA. It's a shame, because like I said, they did very good work for me, they did it fast, and were very polite.

She looked at me like I wasn't supposed to be there and in a most uninviting tone, asked could she help me. I explained I had an appointment and was told I would get a quote when I let them check my 2019 Toyota Sequoia out. She looked it over without looking inside and told me.$395. My car isn't that dirty so I was a bit shocked. I told her to eliminate the shampooing over the upholstery and she knocked off $100. Fine. I will say that they can clean a vehicle. They do an excellent job vacuuming and wiping down the interior. For $295, they ought to be good at that. They told me my vehicle would be ready at 4:30. After several unanswered texts, I ubered backup there at 5:00. They then told me to come back at 6:00. When I ubered back, yet again, with my 5 yr old daughter in tow, it still wasn't ready. I had to sit outside for 45 minutes while they finished. She made sure to tell me they had plenty of cars cleaned while mine was there. Maybe mine was on the back burner. Finally, it was ready. There were silicone spots or whatever shiny product they use on the tires in several places on the body. I had to borrow one of their towels to clean the ones I saw off. There were many more when I got to really check out the vehicle. Now the reason I'm even here spending the time on this review is because they damaged my vehicle and not only denied it, but did it in such a rude way. I will share the pic. There's a piece of leather that connects the steering column to the dash and they ripped it while cleaning it. They tried to deny responsibility, but I know for a 100% fact, without any question, they absolutely did it. I had just gotten back from 2 road trips. One 6 hours round trip and the other was 20 hours. My car is still pretty new since it's a 2019 and I just had 30+ hours to stare at this piece of leather. They ripped it and won't even consider participating in the repair. This is a characteristic I wish I had known about this business before I had gone. Poor poor character. They denied it and I know for an absolute fact, they ripped it when cleaning it. A more minor issue, they knocked off my security light that was fixed to the windshield. No big deal, I'll handle that in a jif. If you don't mind risking damage to your vehicle and the place of business rudely telling you to pound pavement, give them a shot. I do not support liars and surely won't support a business who operates with this complete lack in character. I say give the business to someone who will own their mistakes.

They terribly overcharged initially to charge up my AC and put freeon in it, then a week later my same issue occurred and what seemed like should have been covered by the warranty from the initial visit was not at all covered. Tried to charge me again for "an inspection" a week after already "fixing my problem" and only removed the charge because I brought up that I was essentially getting double charged for that. As it always goes, what seems cheap initially will always end up costing more. Their supervisor, Mike, is pretty arrogant, not friendly at all. Kind of a pain to work with.
