the apartments are spacious and big. compared to others in town, it's a good value…read more they have a gym, pool, and other amenities. on a third floor apt, I can listen to the compensators drive their hot rods and trucks up and down the nearby roads day and night. the noise isn't too bad, but it is continuous. the water pressure is good. the porches on second and third floors have bird nets to keep pigeons and doves from roosting, though they roost on the roofs of the building. as of 4/2024, they have been sold and have new owners.
