Everything went very smoothly from start to end with Nissen and Associate. McKenzie, the office assistant, responded to my inquiry promptly. It was easy to set up an intake appointment with one of their tax preparers, Michelle. I dropped off my tax documents with Michelle. She emailed me with a couple of questions before finishing up my return. I swung by the office and signed a couple of documents to authorize them to file taxes on my behalf, and that's it! Painless! Because Michelle was able to give me a great discount, I paid significantly less than I paid H&R least year. I only interacted with McKenzie and Michelle, but they are both friendly yet professional.
