But the reality is that I haven't been in that many fender benders, rather Chris and Jessica go out of their way to be friendly and to try to remember their customers names. Also, I have gone there twice for just minor issues--for advice--and they ended up fixing them for free! They are the best in my opinion. I as told I was waiting on a windshield (mine was never replaced) body and paint missed on the area around the window and door frames. Johnny Simpson came out and asked if it was ok for them to put on a little cover up paint to take care of it. I agreed due to not having a vehicle anymore. I don't know what all happened over that month but properly fixing my vehicle was NOT part of it.
