Like new, Based on that experience, we made an appointment to have the car detailed so we could trade it in on a new car. I called the night before to check to see if he was still coming the next morning. No. He said he was out of town and would be there at 11 Friday morning. Did not show. But I received a call at the time of the appointment and he said he was out front by the car. No, he was not. What happened, he was on the job somewhere else, and called me by mistake.
