Carli responded a week or two later with some basic overviews and comparisons of what each of the islands has to offer. Carli made a few recommendations on a couple hotels and my fiancée, responded with some additional questions, and we've never heard back. NOTHING, NADA, ZIP...AFTER THE INITIAL informational video, which was a basic OVERVIEW and COMPARISON OF EACH ISLAND - NOTHING! We have both tried emailing and calling multiple times over the past 2-3 weeks and neither of us has received a return call or email. When calling the Hoboken, NJ office number during their Eastern Time zone office hours, we have been immediately routed to an answering service every time. We've also even tried calling after hours, hoping to reach Carli or someone in the office. We just keep getting the same answering service that keeps offering to send another message "FLAGGED" and marked as URGENT! The answering service keeps apologizing, but apologies are not resolving the ongoing lack of any response from Carli and her irresponsible "concierge" travel group. It's now approaching 2 months before our planned vacation, and we are having to plan our trip without any assistance, and we have no time to plan our vacation, hence the reason we paid to have CARLI and THE CONCIERGE TRAVEL GROUP to make all the arrangements, as we are both healthcare professionals. This is our first vacation in almost 5 years, and after surviving the crazy life during the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been ghosted by Carli and her company. Not sure why Carli has not returned our calls and emails - perhaps they are overwhelmed? However, how long would it take to send a quick response or make a brief phone call to inform us that they received our messages, and inform us that they are overwhelmed and will refund our fee that we paid for their non-existent "concierge" services. If this 5 day trip to Hawaii had gone well, we had planned to use Carli for our trips to Europe and Italy next year. Also this company has now not only lost all the referrals we had intended on providing, but we will now make certain other healthcare professionals use a different "concierge" travel company. So unprofessional! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

It was a bit confusing on how to get to the meet up point for me (make sure you have extra time to get to the train station) but I found the mermaid water fountain next to platform 24 and the Chalet Ciro restaurant. The van had air conditioning and the seats were decently comfy, had a great tour guide, and afterwards we drove to a winery for wine tasting, a charcuterie board with meats and cheeses, and some pasta. I was the only person there alone but I still had a great time! Overall it was a really great experience and I'd book with these guys again!

You have to walk to this boardwalk that kinda slippery. That night that we did it was so chilly that its not fun walking into that pathway to get into the boat. He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.
