Quick and delicious - this pizza is definitely a go-to for anyone in the Boston area. We tried some special ones this time - the chicken parm and the meat lovers, and both were really good! For me, the crust was a little crisp, but all around they were tasty slices: Chicken Parmesan Pizza - the breaded chicken and fresh basil was a nice touch here. I do think I would have liked a bit more marinara sauce on this, but it still had a nice taste and it was a sturdy slice. Meat Lovers - this one tasted great and was packed with meat, but the dough was a bit...doughy, it was hard to pick up and a bit flimsy, but the marinara sauce ratio was good and there were heaping amounts of meat in every bite - truly a classic meat lovers!

Still my fav! Everytime I visit my folks in MA we hit up a Reginas. This location is easy to park at, and their pizza is always 10/10! You could go fancy with the toppings, but honestly the OG cheese is sooooo good and flavorful by itself. The cheese blend is so melty and delicious, and the crust always has some good crispy air bubbles. Just as good as I remember!

Food: Pizza was AMAZING! Especially with chili oil... WOW. The drinks were also really good - I got the banana foster martini. Service: Food was fast but service was a bit slow. Ambiance: Lots of seating inside, great night scene. Lots of natural lighting as well.

Regina's Pizza in Medford is our top go to spot for pizza in the area. As someone who has grown up eating New York pie their whole life, Regina's pie is pretty good! We typically go on a weekday and whether it's the bar or regular sit down they are always busy. The bar tenders are great as well as the servers, they're all attentive and kind. It's a great spot to catch a beer after work and watch a sports game. We recently stopped by for some pizza after a long day of moving. We got a buffalo chicken pizza, white pizza, and pepperoni with black olives and caramelized onion pizza. All delicious and hit the spot! Our classics are usually the white pie and a pepperoni pizza.

The best pizza in Boston. With or without toppings this pizza is what it's all about. Perfect crispy crust, sweet and savory sauce. Absolutely amazing everything. Staff is so friendly and fun. Doesn't matter if you've lived here forever or you're just visiting, this is a must visit location!

This place always delivers consistent pizza. We've enjoyed their cheese pizza three times, and it's been great each time. When we asked for it well done on the second visit, it was perfect. If you're craving good pizza, give Regina Pizzeria a try. We dined in once, and the service was quick and straight forward. Since it was close to closing time, there was no wait, and parking was easy. The service was standard but fast. The atmosphere inside is typical of a Regina pizzeria - nothing fancy, just good food.

I think it is one of the best pizzerias in the boston area, you should definitely try it

Let me preface with this - I was born in NY. I like good pizza and have not found any reputable pizza joints in MA. This place changed that. For Massachusetts pizza, it's a strong 9/10. Started off with the spinach dip and chips. Very good. I've never had spinach dip before Regina but now if I do, I will hold it to this standard. Followed this up with their Buffalo chicken pizza and the pollo Regina. Fair warning - I like spicy food. This Buffalo chicken was spicy in a good way. If I could only eat Buffalo chicken pizza from Regina for the rest of my life, then that would be OK. The pollo Regina was also very good but the Buffalo chicken pizza took the trophy. The service was great as we were immediately seated and checked up on multiple times. Very nice waitress. The restaurant was very clean and gave off the traditional pizzeria ambiance. This will be my go to spot for pizza moving forward - if you are craving a slice of pie, I highly recommend!

Food was originally supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Was them advised that I had to wait two full hours to get my food. Unacceptable.

That cheese pizza is the crip-daddy-longlegs. Got this grubhubbed. They put a sticker to seal the box. Classy move.

Ok let me start by saying Im reviewing this based on delivery and during a snow storm... (the…read morereason for the 3 stars) I envision eating IN HOUSE would improve my score CONSIDERABLY... We were tired of being stuck in the house and tired of crappy delivery & wanted "real" food - not pizza shop food and decided despite how shytty all the delivery places have been with their practices of allowing the drivers to make multiple stops (great for the drivers - but lessens quality of food when they are making so many stops and yours is cold when you receive), I digress... we wanted real food we decided to take a chance. Mom asked for Clams Casino and who the hell even has them yet will deliver them - and sure enough we found this place - Had never heard of it before this night. Now I cant go anywhere without ordering a little bit of everything for reference, then I take 2 bites am full and then leave in the fridge for a week & then throw away, I know - not a great practice, Its just how I get down... In addition to the Clams they actually had an artichoke on the menu, you dont find them in too many places so we stocked up on all the things. OMG to start all the food was still hot, not even just warm, but hot... Portions are the Biggest, but I mean we had more than enough food. The Clams were good, Great actually, the artichoke - can you see the size of it - INSANE!!! The stuffed mushrooms were tasty but like tiny, so I could take them or leave them. next time... But tasty! THe Pizza wasnt the hottest actually and I think if it was like a tad bit warmer it would have been a 9.4 (Go Prez), but even less than hot it was GOOOOOD!!!! The pasta was good, the chicken was so flavorful and Broccoli Rabe is like my jam, and the fact that I could swap out the pasta type & broccoli type literally had me quite excited... Skip the Garlic bread! Will DEFINITELY be adding this place to the regular rotation, it was so good and will also be stopping in to try in person!

My wife and I made a reservation for a Saturday night and upon arrival were seated immediately. To…read morestart, we ordered a perfectly cooked octopus antipasti, followed by tortellini alla norcina, and for a secondi the vitello alla petroniana (we were debating between this pasta/secondi combination and the pasta bolognese/swordfish special - will have to come back to get these next time!). I don't typically eat veal, and this cutlet was perfectly balanced - rich, savory, crispy, with a pleasant (but not overwhelming) salty kick from the prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano. We also ordered the spicy broccolini, which I highly recommend for the garlic lovers out there. For dessert we had the dark cherry (amarena?) gelato, which was delicious and creamy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. We shared each dish, and it was certainly plenty of food for the two of us. Prices felt reasonable for the amount and quality of what we ordered (all of the above + 2 drinks from the bar totaled approx. $160 pre-tip). The restaurant space itself is relatively small but has enough space to move around comfortably, which made it cozy without ever getting too loud (it was a pretty full house when we went), with a balanced dim lighting. Additionally, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the server patiently walked us through the menu and shared suggestions at our request. On a personal note I am especially appreciative of the staff, as I accidentally left without my hat, and the restaurant responded almost immediately to the message I sent through the restaurant website that same evening. Tl;dr - great menu, rich & hearty but balanced ingredients/recipes, and comfortable vibe. One really gets the impression that the husband/wife owners had a specific vision that they successfully brought into reality.

The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, so it's a great place for date night. The Fantastic: 1. Service -- our waiter was amazing, he took great care of us. We wanted for nothing! 2. Tortellini Alla Norcina -- this was delish. It was creamy, a little funky, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. 3. Cacio e Pepe -- also delish. 4. Mussels -- perfectly cooked, big and plump, and the bread to sop up the broth was also yummy. The plates are beautiful, but I think that plating and presentation takes priority over the food sometimes: 1. Bruschetta -- this was supposed to come with a balsamic drizzle, but it was served on a wooden plate and the drizzle was tiny and thin, so there wasn't really any balsamic. The dish could have used it to help cut through the cheese. 2. Bombolone -- dry, there was not a lot of custard in the pastry, and the surrounding sauces were more decorative than helpful. We did not enjoy the mixed drinks, they were all on the sour side and watery. So I would stick with wine or beer, the wine we had was excellent. Overall, we had a really nice time and would return.
