I have been a patient of Susie's here for a few years and have had nothing but excellent care from all of the staff. I can't say enough good things about this place. I suffer from bipolar 1, severe anxiety, and PTSD. When I've had a crisis and had to call to arrange an appointment sooner, they were able to tell without me having to say anything and made sure I was safe and got me to her. They always go above and beyond & are very nice and caring. It's a vulnerable state to be in, but they make you feel more secure and understood. While the rest of the staff is wonderful, the office staff here is the worst I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Calling them is terrible with a rare chance someone will actually answer and the office staff has been very rude to me. I needed my records and told them this months ago and they continue to act as though I never asked. This is not how you treat patients who come there for anxiety problems! read more
