He refused to call someone to clear it up, just got 2 other guys to come to his office to tell me to leave. He's clearly not educated enough to deal with these kinds of situations. And has too fragile an ego to ask someone else to clarify things. Fortunately, I calmed down enough to call the Moreland branch and spoke to Aris Cochran, who knew the rules and did open my account (Was due to a small refund check that was sent to my business name, so I couldn't cash and had to have an account in that name.)

When the receptionist asked me to be seated I told her I would head to another location. She said the next location was in Morrow which was about 20-25 minutes away. I told her I would take my chances with the ride as opposed to staying at that location. After arriving at Morrow I spoke to the receptionist who advised me to just go toy the teller window and I was in and out in 3 minutes. On the way home I stopped by a Krogers. There was a PNC location in the store. It's 5 minutes away from the branch at Greenbrier Mall. If you guys want a branch that make people look at your brand with disgust--then keep branches like this open. Because this branch is a cancer.

My local branch, although I probably been through the drive thru, and the walk-up ATM more times…read morethan I've ever been inside. Actually, the only time I can even recall being inside is once the ATM ate my debit card, and I thought by going inside they could retrieve it, but they couldn't and I had to order a new one over the phone. That being said, they pick the most inopportune times to repair or fill up the drive thru ATM. To those that listen 6pm on Friday evening and 9am on Tuesday mornings are not the best time of day for those repairs or filling the machine. One way to enter the parking lot and three ways to exit is kinda confusing, but the security guard monitors the parking lot like a HAWK and will come running if you are parked incorrectly or taking up too many parking spaces. On Fridays, if you have a deposit but don't have a deposit slip, you cannot go thru the drive through and will have to go inside or use the ATM to make the deposit. The only drawback to that, is that the ATM may be full and will tell you that it is no longer accepting deposits.

The teller who was assisting him was having a hard time locating the man's account, and when he asked for assistance none of the other tellers wanted to help (I'm assuming because of his smell). Since 2026, my account has been affected by fraudulent activity 3-4 times, with the most recent being 4/21/26. on this particular scam, my online account was hacked, they used Zelle to send themselves money 15x and changed my password. I called customer service on 4/22/26 once I realized it was a scam and I couldn't get into my account. I was instructed by a manager to go into a branch, close my old accounts, open new accounts, fill out a form explaining everything and wait for the investigation. on 4/29/26 the investigation was completed and it said it was found to be fraudulent and the charges were returned. However, my Zelle account was not reinstated. I called customer support on 4/30/26 spoke to the manager of the Zelle department who said and I quote, "it was your fault the account was compromised and it we didn't see anything that showed that the transactions were fraudulent but we took a loss and gave you your money back. as a result it's to risky to reinstate your Zelle." Um, excuse me? how is it my fault that someone hacked into my account, changed my password essentially locking me out of my account, and sent themselves money via Zelle. yet I gave no permission then did everything YALL told me to do then refuse me a service you offer to every other member regardless of safety risk. And if there was no fraudulent activity found, why did I get a refund and why did the investigation say there wasn't? I conduct business through Zelle and without access to Zelle this makes my account absolutely pointless! I will close my accounts AGAIN and find a bank that actually values it's customers.
