It's not even the correct spelling of my first name. They refused to provide notary documentation. It was brought to their attention, and they defended it. They refused me the terms of the loan after my husband passed and I presented them with estate papers and a death certificate. I wouldn't bank with this bank under any circumstance. They're completely unethical. Don't bank with them.

He has now wasted my time, and I had to call him to find out if he received the information he requested. The last time I called him, he said he had other things on his agenda and would get to my stuff another day. I asked if there was a problem and he said I don't think it's going to work and then hung up on me. Why didn't he just tell me that up front instead of wasting my time after I had been completely honest weeks ago? Now I have to start over. I do not recommend this lender due to the fact that he was charming and helpful until he believed the loan wouldn't go through and then hung up on me when he told me. Two completely different personalities!! Should be avoided at all cost!!
