I tend to actually be here almost every week. The best thing is since I have an account with them I can get things notarized for free. The staff is always super friendly when it comes to getting the forms notarized. I show up they smile and we all chat for a bit and then carry on with our business. My first visit was pleasant with manager Catherine assisting me. I advised her of my concern about my card not being received and was told to look out for it and she confirmed my PO BOX. Now it's the first week in Dec & I visited twice to ask about my card. The first go round of the 2 visits I was not able to stay for assistance because I was running out of time on my lunch break, so I called the branch and left a voicemail for a return call about my card. The 2nd visit I went through drive thru to make a withdrawal and ask about my card. At this visit, I was told that I did not receive my card because I had it going to a PO BOX which I was informed was not allowed. So again after this visit, I left another voicemail with no response. I would have appreciated being made aware of cards not being able to be sent to mailing address of a PO BOX at my initial visit and/or at least received a call back from the voicemails I left regarding my concern. I decided to close my account after 4 weeks as I feel that my concerns were not addressed.

The customer service was excellent. The relationship banker, Li'yonna Battle, deserves a full 5 out of 5 rating. She went above and beyond -- clearly explaining every detail, taking time to understand my business, and making sure everything was accurate and in order. Her attention to detail truly stood out. While she was helping me, I also noticed her giving great service to others. I loved seeing how the team supported one another and genuinely seemed to enjoy working together. The atmosphere was busy but peaceful at the same time. Although it took about an hour to open the account (which is standard), it didn't feel like an hour because of the quality of service.
