The agreement states that I as an EXP agent could utilize the common areas of any Regus shared office space for free to meet clients due to EXP's partnership with Regus. I visited the Regus location on 2911 Turtle Creek Blvd Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75219 and was met by the manager who showed me around. I explained that I was with EXP Realty and the manager claimed that he knew all about the EXP Realty's relationship with Regus. The manager informed me that I would still be billed 109.00 per month. I asked why would I be charged 109.00 and he basically stated that its a discounted rate for EXP Realty agents(I found out months later that this information was false). Needless to say I signed up and a few months later during an open discussion with other agents I found out that Regus should not be charging me anything for a virtual office. Apparently agents across the country are being charged by Regus unnecessarily. I left EXP Realty after a few months of being with there brokerage. I reached out to Regus Help Desk and found out I have 2 Regus account numbers(Really?). One of the forms I filled out during my onboarding with EXP Realty was a document providing me with my Regus account number. Which explains why I had two account numbers. I received a call from there collections department Nationwide Recovery Systems (Jessie 972-798-1000 ext 2204) stating that they were filing a lawsuit against me as the owner of EXP Realty. I explained I wasn't the owner of EXP Realty. Jenny stated that her documents stated that I am. I explained that I was an agent of EXP and have no authority to sign for EXP Realty and then it all came together, The manager of Regus could not add me to Regus since I was already a member,so I was put it as the owner(Wow). Jenny of National Recovery Systems could not understand what EXP Realty was as a company and made a threat of legal action. Jessie kept trying to tell me that I was the owner and was responsible. I asked her to google EXP Realty website and she will not only find out who the true owner was but also be able to view the agreement with EXP Realty and Regus. Jessie response was "anyone can put anything on Google". I invited to send all documentation to her including what I signed with EXP Realty and Regus and she refused. I'm now waiting on the 30 day letter from National Recovery Systems. Our entire conversation was recorded through an app on my phone and can be used in my case. I post this as a warning to anyone thinking of utilizing Regus as a virtual office to save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

The reps (Shannon and Kylan) refuse to let tenants talk directly with the CEO when there's an issue. The top management may very well be aware of the problem and do nothing about. It trickles down from there. Most recent issue is getting back our initial deposit. Lease Agreement states it will be returned within 60 days of the end of the lease term. That has not happened. Have inquired several times and get excuses that accounting is backed up. Then a real smart middle manager (Kylan) tried to re-state the Agreement in non-sensible language and absolutely stupid terms that do not exist anywhere. She should be fired immediately for that BS. May take a lawsuit to resolve this issue. Lucid Private Offices have been dishonest and unethical in our experience.

I visited on Thursday (drove 3 hours round trip) to meet and get everything set up as I planned to use the office on Saturday to meet several clients. Friday morning I got an email saying my digital access (key to get in the door) had been deleted. I called to check on things and to see why this happened. I was told that they were "resetting the system and everything would be fine". The manager Kaitlyn told me things would be back up by noon and that she would personally check on my account. I could not leave my important Saturday morning meetings to chance, so I again, drove 1.5 hours north to make sure my digital access key worked. I arrived before 5pm and waited until closing and checked to make sure it was working and at that time it was, with 2 employees assistance. On my way back, I received an email at 5:57 saying "Please be advised that your access to NuvoDesk Coworking has been revoked. Should you require further information, please contact an administrator on your site or contact SALTO Support. Best Regards Salto KS" The Support link goes nowhere to anyone that can provide any help and Nuvodesk has ZERO after hours support. I have paid $125 and cannot get into the office I paid to use to meet clients I have meetings scheduled with ALL DAY TOMORROW! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

She didn't even wait for us to catch up, went through a door and turned a corner. When we caught up she was in the closing room. She came out and said "in there" and pointed to the room. The closing agent who came in was super nice. She greeted us and made conversation. She was very professional and was wonderful to deal with. It was so unfortunate that the receptionist was so rude because we will never use their services again because of her. Either the company doesn't understand the first person you see represents their company or they just don't realize what's going on at the front desk.

They were communicative throughout the purchasing process and were always on-top of what needed to get done. They worked well with my financing institution as well as my realtor. Due to COVID, they sent the closing packet in advance for us to review as they would not be in the room going over each document item. This also really sped up the signing process on the day of closing. They were not in the room, but had several safeguards in place to protect everyone involved. Everything was very clean and spaced out and everyone had their masks on and could be seen sanitizing anything that was handed back and forth between people. The team was friendly and efficient and we were happy working with them.

They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! He said I needed "parts" but the warehouse was already closed. I called the office multiple times to get an update, cost of repairs etc and kept being told someone would call me back. I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place. Update he has now increased my amount due for the second time and called Fort Worth to try and press theft charges against me. Truly a horrible company and human. Stay away!

I needed it fixed sooner rather than later so after I searched Google and Yelp and came across a familiar name. I remembered LeFevers' Plumbing was highly recommended to me years ago. I posted a job request and they contacted me within minutes and gave me a fair and comparable quote to the first one They came out that day, did the work and kept me informed of anything that I needed to know. I chose to upgrade the replacement toilet for $50 more and am so glad I did. I highly recommend LeFevers' Plumbing, they are good honest people.
