Reid Petroleum/Crosby's requires their 90-day training employees to scan customer driver's licenses for beer purchases, etc. They will demand this from anyone, regardless of age, and refuse service to anyone who will not comply. A cashier removed my driver's license from the clear plastic window of my wallet without my permission so he could scan it! Previous similar incidents have occurred, but not so aggressive as this. I have been a resident here for 20 years and never experienced this. I will never go to Crosby's in Prattsburgh, NY again, not even for fuel. read more
