Dr. Woodruff is very knowledgeable, and her practice and staff are warm and welcoming. I saw her…read morefor several appointments for nutrition, arthritis pain and adjustments and I enjoyed every one of them. I was unable to give a five star though, due to a disappointing experience with buying her supplements. I am a vegetarian and this is documented from my initial consultation. I purchased several supplements which are not cheap mind you, from her to support various issues and after having opened and consumed them, noticed and realized that two of them contained animal products. My rheumatologist was actually the one that alerted me to this after examining the supplements. I called to inform Dr. Woodruff of this and she told me that since I had opened them, she could not provide a refund. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach since she sold me supplements knowing that I was vegetarian and never explained the ingredients. So my advice is to be careful when you purchase the products and do your own research, or you will just be out of luck.
