The craftsmanship turned out beautiful, and they brought exactly what we envisioned to life. We're so happy with the final result and highly recommend them! I left a very nice watch for a battery replacement for over a week. No one called to let me know the status. I had to call twice. They were very non chalant about it not being ready. I decided to just go get it and discovered they had sent it off premises and couldn't get to it until after the weekend. I picked it up the following week (* still not fixed). Poor communication from all involved with lots of excuses. I can't say how disappointing this experience was. I took it to Shaw jewelry that same day and had my new watch battery in 15 minutes. Perhaps if you take a ring purchased by them for a simple ring resize you may get a little more respect which I highly doubt. I brought in my engagement ring that needed to be sized up a whole 1.25 size and the band was already very thin, but Bert was extremely helpful and comforting in guaranteeing that would not be an issue. Also, since this was my first time ever resizing a diamond ring, I was very concerned about the potential of diamond swapping. However, Bert again was very understanding and patient in providing all the reassurances that helped me feel more comfortable with letting my ring "out of sight". They do an inclusion analysis of your diamond for any inclusions or inscriptions beforehand and let you see and note for yourself (turns out my diamond was inscribed!).
