Plumber soldered and left a mess on our sidewalk, flooded our bathroom and basement and insultingly padded his time. Make sure you schedule an appointment and get it in writing. The plumber and I discussed meeting at my home at 2:00, he showed up at 1:30 and left a note saying that I need to schedule appointments for times that I can keep. I immediately called the company and explained the miscommunication. When the plumber showed up at 2:10 he was extremely rude, and very confrontational about the time. He blamed me entirely, and was all but calling me a liar. Whether a company gets a job done correctly or not, a customer should not be treated poorly in their own home. read more
