Daniel Wheeler tried quoting my well taken care of, regularly serviced, only owned by me 6-speed 2023 Subaru BRZ limited for $1k LESS than one with a SALVAGE TITLE... I've been interested in trading my car in for practicality and finance reasons. I stopped by Monday evening to test drive one of the cars they had on the lot that interested me (mind you, it was used and priced at the same rate as a brand new one) I figured while I was there I might as well have them give me an estimate to see what my trade in would be worth roughly there. Like I said, I bought my car brand new and currently, BRZs in similar conditions to mine are going for around 25k give or take. I left immediately after being offered only 17k. The next day when they tried getting in contact with me again, they proceeded to send me a link to a 2023 Subaru brz with a SALVAGED title being sold for over 18k! After I pointed it out they kept making excuses and tried to gaslight me into thinking that all the cars on the site showed that on vehicle history to try and get you to buy the full carfax... reality was the site they were showing me was selling pretty much all salvaged cars. I originally left this dealership a 5-star review after buying my vehicle, but after my experience with the extended warranty they sold me, I can no longer recommend them. I paid nearly **$5,000** for what I believed would provide meaningful protection if something major went wrong. Instead, when I actually needed to use it for a mechanical issue, I found myself dealing with a warranty company that has been an absolute nightmare. The claims process has been frustrating, communication has been poor, and getting answers has felt like a constant battle. After doing my own research, I was extremely concerned by the warranty company's reputation and the number of consumer complaints. Had I known that before purchasing, I never would have agreed to buy the warranty. For nearly $5,000, I expected a company that would stand behind its customers--not one that makes it so difficult to obtain the benefits I paid for. My biggest disappointment is that this warranty was sold through the dealership. I trusted their recommendation and expected them to offer products that provide real value to their customers. Instead, I feel like I paid thousands of dollars for coverage that has been far less helpful than I was led to expect. If you're buying a vehicle here, read every word of the warranty contract, ask detailed questions about what is and isn't covered, and research the warranty company yourself before signing anything. Came in for a last minute, urgent oil change (8%) while going from CA to NC. Was nicely directed to the service bay, and was gladly taken in for a quick service. Oil/filter change only took an hour. Waiting area is quite comfortable too (unlike other dealers I've been to). Checkout was nice and quick. In and out to get back on the road. Worth mentioning, was walking around the lot, and a nice salesman unlocked the trucks I was looking at, just to look at. So everything was great! read more

Update: 3/24/23: I received a call from Shannon who said he was a co-owner of Reiselman and wanted to know what he could do to make this right. I never really said how but he was able to make me feel better about the situation and has offered an insensitive to come back. I'm happy to give them another try. We were told we would get another free oil change but just decided not to worry about it. It was time for the second oil change and I received a coupon for $59.95. I added the coupon code to the appointment and told them what it said. The coupon was a hassle as they had me look up the coupon and give my phone to the lady checking me out. She gave me $15 off and my total was $72.42. I just said the heck with it and paid it. Our taxes a high here but not that high. It shouldn't have been over $64. I left a review on their site as they sent me a link to do so. I received a message back saying to call them. I did but had no idea who to ask for as they didn't leave the extension or a name. Was told I'd get a call back. It hasn't happened. Guessing this will be how the fun will be with their warranty should I ever need to use it. Not looking forward to that. Hope I never need them. I'm thinking if I have to get oil changes by a company so it goes on the account for my vehicle then I'll just go elsewhere from now on. Just wanted a happy oil change experience. Update - I was contacted by the sales manager who was surprised that the sales associate hadn't contacted me regarding this matter. This was roughly 3 months after the issue. The sales manager sent me a check for the cost of the battery and asked that I would change the review. I am raising the review to three stars because he did send me payment, but it was more about the review than making it right. I wouldn't do business here again but I do appreciate that they did "eventually" make it right. -- Purchased a used vehicle from them a couple weeks ago. Just a couple days after driving it around realized the battery was dead (stranded my wife and kids). It was a used vehicle, so to need a new battery wasn't the end of the world, but it is how they responded, or didn't respond, that upset me. When you spend $20K on a vehicle you'd think they would have at least called me back. Michael Arns was the sales associate I dealt with. My experience with Reiselman Dealership was nothing outside of outstanding! Salesman Daniel Layne made my car buying experience as seamless as possible. Layne was upfront and very responsive and to my wants and once a deal was done, I drove 4.5 hours from Georgia to pick up the vehicle. Once I made it to the dealership my car was parked out front right next to the entrance which made me feel real good! Layne was very hospitable made me feel at home and even let me take the vehicle to lunch until paper work was ready to be signed. A couple days later Layne even checked on me to make sure I made my drive back safely. I had a few terrible experiences with other dealerships that prevented me from purchasing.
