Asked if I could get an oil change done. Was told they could not get to me today And service manager pointed to a stack of work orders and car keys that had already been logged in for oil changes. Asked if I could schedule an appointment for sometime next week and was told they only do first come first served and do not make appointments. He said That they had tried appointments and it didn't work. My guess is that it worked fine for their customers, but didn't work for them so they chose to go with their convenience rather than their customers convenience. By the way, if you don't actually open at the time posted phow the hell is the customer supposed to know when he has to get there to get an oil changed done? Long story short, found someplace else that could do the job and was at least somewhat interested in my convenience. Will continue to use that company and to recommend it. Do not recommend this place unless you want to arrive the night before and spend the night in their parking lot so you can be at the front of the line when they open, whatever time that may be.

My wife and I were traveling cross county from NC to CO. Our first day we drove just outside of Nashville and stayed the night. The next morning I was desperate to put antifreeze/coolant in my truck I knew it needed it. So, I put green antifreeze in my truck... big NO NO. Once I felt my gut telling me I should not have used that I began researching if this was something I needed to fix or let slide. Turns out it was an immediate danger. I picked up the phone and called the only place open on a Sunday, firestone in springfield. I was greeted with a generous voice and explained how I needed immediate assistance. I was directed to take my truck over to them to have them look at it and see how bad it was. We drove 15 min from where we were and when we arrived a gentleman came out and met us in the lobby. Now, still reluctant and ready to hit the road he took my keys right away and they had my truck jacked up in 10 minutes. This ironically was my birthday and they had no idea, they immediately began flushing the old coolant and fixing the issue. While they were looking at the truck they told me my wheel bearing was loose and needed replaced. With no question of their integrity I told them to fix that too. They had us back on the road in 2-3 hours and we arrived SAFELY to our destination. Wren was very helpful and Anthony was a skilled technician who had proven competency.
