First impressions are everything and I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time until she was finally finished with the person before me. I should've requested a refund because I was there for an hour total, which is ridiculous when all I was getting done was a lip wax. Also the girl who did my wax (I don't think she ever gave me a name) had stray strings of wax all over my face.
