I love visiting Rejuvenate. I'm 72 and hated seeing myself in the mirror, so I thought I'd try some Botox around my eyes and forehead. I had a brief consultation first. The office is always welcoming and the staff is very professional, reassuring, and friendly. Since my first encounter, I've been back for more Botox, facial peels, laser treatments and filler. I even broke down and had permanent make-up on my brows, and eyeliner. At my last visit, I asked to see my photo from the first visit compared to now, and could not believe how much more youthful I looked! They tell me they can't work miracles, but I'm not so sure about that. It doesn't happen overnight, but people notice the change, even if they can't say exactly what it is. Tomorrow I'm taking advantage of their monthly special for a Vitamin C facial, and Botox touch-up. My confidence has been restored, too. My only regret is that I waited so long to look so much younger! read more

The facility is extremely clean and modern, and I'm always welcomed with a cup of coffee! They can always get me in with my busy schedule, and I never have to wait long. The staff is professional and friendly, and prices are reasonable. I had an experience at another location where laser was painful, and I wasn't looking forward to it. However, Rejuvenate has the most up to date technology, and my laser is never more than a tad uncomfortable. Highly recommend! read more

Rejuvenate Laser Center is the best Aesthetics center around the area. Valerie is fantastic and her botox skills are amazing. The entire staff is super friendly and accommodating. Im an aesthetician and I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Love them! I refer all my clients to them and have never had a complaint! read more

I visited the center in Franklin and received great care and consideration in a professional manner while they performed laser treatments to eliminate the dark facial hair that I'd had for years. Of course it didn't do anything for my white hair, but the black was more prolific and the white hairs are minimal. There was some pain to the laser, but cooling to the area and adjusting the strength helped that. I am pleased with the results. read more

The original medical spa, Rejuvenate Laser Center, which first welcomed clients in the fall of 2016, has grown and evolved in so many exciting ways—leading to its friendly and refreshed rebrand as Rejuvenate Medical Spa in October 2025. What began as a clinic focused on personalized skincare and laser treatments has transformed into a modern, full-service aesthetic destination. The new name reflects the wide range of advanced services now offered, along with a warm, client-centered approach that has been part of the spa’s identity since day one. While the look and offerings have been updated, the heart of the spa remains the same: delivering safe, effective, and uplifting care to help every client feel confident and rejuvenated.

Meet the Business Owner: Melita R.

Dr. Ritter serves as the Medical Director of Rejuvenate Medical Spa in Franklin, North Carolina, where she provides medical oversight and ensures the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and patient care. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in 1988 after completing undergraduate studies in psychology and chemistry. Dr. Ritter then completed a residency in anesthesiology at the same institution, becoming board-certified in that specialty in 1992. With decades of experience, Dr. Ritter brings exceptional clinical judgment and a deep commitment to patient well-being. After completing advanced laser training at the Laser Institute in Phoenix in 2009, Dr. Ritter developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine and continues to guide the Rejuvenate Medical Spa team in maintaining safe, effective, and evidence-based aesthetic practices.

Joseph is a true Artist. If you ask, he will use his talent to hand paint an original one of a kind piece on your nails. The salon is super clean, roomy, & up to date. I found them when I came to town to care for my Dad who had fallen. When he fell in April, I was still using a walker for short distances & a wheel chair for longer ones after a 4 year disabling illness. While Dad was in the rehab facility, I needed a pedicure. I did not know many women in town to ask for a reference, so I went off of reviews & photos, & ended up at Vivid Nails. They were so patient with me on my walker when I was so very slow, kind, & gentle. They have 2 chairs specifically for the disabled, with large spaces between for medical needs (walkers, wheel chairs, special medical supplies, et.) I met Ginny (sp?) for the 1st time & truly enjoyed the conversation as she told me about he life, her experiences, her heritage, & (true) accupunture performed in her family & by old friends. When my 77 yr old Dad was brought home from rehab, he needed his toenails cut since it was so much more difficult for him after the fall. Vivid Nails was the most obvious solution! Like most manly men, he had never had a pedicure before. They welcomed him with open arms, assisted him with getting in and out of the chair, and chatted, making friends, and swapped turns showing each other the photos on their phones. He left feeling very comfortable & has not only said, "We need a pedicure appt.", but also recommended them to his older manly friends. Make an appointment, they get very, very busy. Their customers are there for a reason. You may have to wait, as they are meticulous and detailed with every client & take the time they need to make them happy - and, for me, that's a sure sign that both you and I will be treated the same way. I will never go anywhere different in Franklin.

I have this process done every three weeks at my regular salon in another state so I know what it should be like. She tried to file down the globs, but they were still visible with lines underneath the final coat. She also managed to get glue on several of my fingers and a cut on my thumb. I had a pedicure there last week which was OK, but this salon does not even use the liners in the foot basin and the cleaning that I noticed was not very good. Overall, the salon is not very clean, the nail stations are dirty, and I would never go back.
