We liked our 3 day stay here so much that we added a 4th day! The price was very affordable, only 60€ a night. Alain, the owner, lives on site and runs this guest house with his family. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Alain has a unique personality and is enthusiastic and talkative. We enjoyed our conversations with him. Our room was small, clean, and recently renovated. Some nights it was very quiet but one night we could hear someone playing music the entire night and that disturbed our sleep. At this price point, I did not expect to have amenities like fluffy towels or hand lotions provided, and I was correct in my expectations. We were willing to forego any extras in exchange for a basic clean, safe, and affordable place to stay in. The windows opened into the courtyard and the view was pretty and the country air fresh. Unfortunately the pool which was advertised on the website was closed for repairs. I did get to go in the jacuzzi and sauna though and that was nice. There's a restaurant on premises but I didn't eat there so I can't comment on that. We would like to stay here again! read more
