They leave a plate of sliced fresh-baked bread for you. There's a fireplace, cosy blankets, a sauna, and a bucket shower. The room can accommodate four. You sit in the tubs (of beer) and drink fresh beer from the taps. You can lie in the straw bed and rest between rounds. Sit in the sauna and take a shower when you've had your fill. This was a delightful, once-in-a-lifetime experience. I wasn't impressed with the rest of Prague, but I'm so glad we did this!

We were showed to our room and given a thorough breakdown of how the spa works. Fresh hops water, and beer are added to the tub which surprisingly leave your skin feeling so soft. While in the tub you can enjoy unlimited light or dark beers on tap. There's also a shower to rinse and change afterwards and you can relax on the hay bed before leaving the room if you'd like. Our only con was our own error: not booking for longer than an hour. I recommend a two hour minimum so you can have a full relaxing experience since the first hour goes by fast. I hope we come back to Prague one day so we can enjoy this experience again.

Rooms are relaxing and well maintained. Separate room available for changing and lockers for your belongings. Cons: None...just recommend doing more than an hour...it goes insanely fast...estimated 30 min in tub. After you have approx 20 min to lay in a bed...was so so about this part. Tip: Dont get the cheese unless you eat it there or can refrigerate it right after. We left it out overnight and had to pitch...bummer. My massage was relaxing but more like gentle rubbing instead of a deep massage.

After doing some research, I decided to go with Bernard Beer Spa based on the reviews. This location was also within walking distance of our hotel. Appointments were easy to make online. You can either pay up front or just pay when you get there. There's also an option to add on a massage but most people seemed to agree that it wasn't worth the extra money, so I just booked the spa. When we arrived for our appointment, we were taken to a locker room to undress and store our things. We were given sheets to wrap ourselves in and walked to the next room where the tubs were. It was just us two in the room. We had 30 min to spend in the tub and the attendant would only come if we needed something (we were given a bell to ring if we did). The tub is huge! The temperature is pretty hot temperature wise. BF had to get out of the tub for a bit to cool off. There's not really beer in the tub, but more the the ingredients that are in beer that are good for your skin! There's also a tap connected to the tub where you can drink unlimited beer throughout your stay!! I tried to drink as much as I could to get my money's worth LOL but after 3 glasses I was struggling to continue. After the tub is done, we were taken to the next room where we were wrapped and placed on a bed with relaxing music and lights. You can either talk or sleep. After our treatment we were given parting gifts (a certificate and more beer!). They reccomend not showering for 24 hours to allow the good benefits from the spa soak into your skin, but the bits of hops were all in my hair so I had to shower. I'm not sure if my skin felt that rejuvenated, but I loved the entire experience!

The signs to the spa were clearly marked which made it so easy to find. You walk down the steps into another world. The staff was very friendly and most importantly, professional. We were given our slippers, towel, and sheet and led into the most beautiful room with 2 giant tubs able to fit 4 people comfortably. My husband and I shared a tub, while our daughter got one all to herself:) The water was a perfect temperature and was filled with the most delicious aromas. The beer tap is in the middle of the two tubs providing easy access to both tubs. The beer is cold and the water is nice and hot. The weather was cold and wet outside, so this was pure heaven to us. Halfway through when the bubbles turn off, you ring this gigantic bell and the staff knocks on your door to check if your needs are being met. You have the option to turn bubbles on for the remaining hour, or get out and relax on a huge bed on the other side of the room. We of course choose more bubbles:) This was a huge bucket list item for myself, and all my expectations were met and exceeded. Laser Plastic is a bad choice: (fraud, unwillingness to solve the complaint, the doctor was drunk during the procedure, bad administration, lack of interest in the customer). I recommend choosing any other supplier, just not this shit.
