Horrible experience don't expect to receive what you paid for. I have attached my issues and her responses. Me- To say this was a disappointing appointment was an understatement. My mom (Cinda Freitas) had spoken to you at length before making the appointment and was told about 4-5 services you would be providing. I was very reluctant at the cost but since it was her birthday and she was excited we trusted in your representation over the phone and the text below. She received 2 done very poorly and the entire appointment taking 1 hour. On top of that your facility was dirty. Your washroom had no toilet paper or hand soap. She was upset. I am not a person who allows a business owner to take advantage of others without my making sure it's documented wherever I can to warn others. That's my good karma. And this was theft. She was able to schedule me an appointment before I left town. I had been wanting to find someone who did EFT for a long time, as a therapist I worked with said it would help with my PTSD. Fortunately, Dana is a certified EFT practitioner. Still, I didn't know what to expect. The healing center is in the most incredible, serene location, at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. As soon as Dana opened the door, there was just great energy flowing from her and any reservations I had immediately went away. Her healing space, is a sunroom, surrounded by forest, birds, deer and other wildlife. Dana took the time to explain the process of EFT and answered all my questions. She never once made me feel rushed. The whole experience was incredible and afterwards I definitely felt lighter, happier and like I had let go of something that had been holding me back for a long time. I cannot recommend Ozark Holistic Healing enough. If you are in the area, this beautiful place and working with Dana is worth checking out.
