Now the company wants payment for November! She didn't have any classes in October! I let the May fee apply for October since I didn't give notice prior to that month. But they want a 3rd months class fee because the notice I gave them wasn't a full 30 days. Of course they never responded to the notice I sent. They just sent me a bill on January 6th saying I had an overdue bill! I have gone back and forth with the office person, and I am done. I am going ahead and paying it but a lot of families wouldn't be able to do that. So heads up, avoid this place unless you have some deep pockets.
