I'm sorry for writing this honest review. I went to this place because my body aches all over and thought that I need massage so I can somehow feel better and relax. I booked 3:30p for combination and payed $70 plus tip. When I get there I still had to wait for almost 30 mins. The guy therapist massage my foot horribly. It was so painful and not relaxing at all! No gentleness and compassion. After massaging he wiped my legs and foot with a crusty wet towel. I asked for a lady to do the full body but he said there's no lady available so I'm stuck with him. At first, I told him I dont like hard massage, but I literally need to remind him many times not too hard. My pain is double now instead of feeling healed and relax. As a traditional Filipino hilot (massage/healing therapist) I'm very disappointed. I've never use my arm, knuckle and elbow to massage my clients and for giving deep tissue massages. I can still feel the knots on my back. Definitely not going back and I don't recommend. read more

This will be my first time at the spa. First of all I've been to other spas around the region searching for the right place, I must say this place is really nice. The ambiance, the relaxing music, and the people. My masseuse was Anna and she was very experienced. Most masseuses I want to ask you the pressure that you would like and she asked me what pressure from hard, medium, or soft. I usually get hard but I asked for medium because medium to other masseuses can differ. She worked my whole back starting dry, using her fingers, hands, and later on her whole forearm. I would sometimes get the masseuses that would use their elbows which I do not like and she never used her elbow at all. She knew pressure points as well. She worked my legs, my arms, my face, and my head. She then used hot stones which felt so good. I recommend this spa to anyone for sure. I will be a repeating customer. read more

I have never had a bad massage here. My daughter and I have checked out a few of the local "foot massage" type salons and we love this one the most. I typically go in for the 60 minute herbal "foot" massage, which is really a foot massage with an extra full body massage. You are not in a private room for this, so if you want to come in with friends you can all get your massages together. You will want to wear comfortable clothing that allows you to lift your pant legs to the knee for the foot soak and foot/lower leg massage portion. Great deal for good work! My boyfriend and I came here the day after Valentine's day since all the "fancy" places were booked up. I was totally fine with trying out this place because I know they'll do a great job. We bought the 30 minute foot massage and 1 hour massage and that was $50/person. The foot massage was done in a dim, open room shared with multiple beds. The foot massage was amazing! You soak your feet in warm water while your head gets massaged. After that, then they work on your feet. When we were done with our feet, we were moved into a couples' room. The guy that worked on me, did a great job on my back. He got rid of the knots and went to town on the deep tissue. For the price and the quality of the service, I'm really surprised they don't charge more. A nice place, 1st time I went I did the foot massage, which I prefer. However the 2nd time was the full body, you do need to express less pressure otherwise they will go straight into a super deep tissue massage leaving you sore for days. I didn't speak up enough! I advise you do. Now they are very pushy afterwards for a tip, and will ask you to increase more, this is a distasteful business practice and a turn off. I had the worst experience ever. As I'm laying here writing this review I feel like I have bruises all over my back and neck and my spine feels broken. My boyfriend and I had gotten 30 minute foot massages along with a 60 minute body massage. My foot massage felt like I was being tickled and had no pressure at all whatsoever. After the foot massages they brought us into a room. I told my masseuse to go softer so many times throughout my whole hour massage I felt like crying. She was massaging me so hard on the same spot over and over and when I couldn't tolerate the pain I'd tell her to not massage so hard. She laughed and said, haha you're tense and tight. Well yeah of course I'm tense, I'm bracing for the pain which I told her plenty of times that it was hurting me. I'm never coming back to this place, all around horrible experience. Also when I called to make my appointment, they told me it was $50 each person over the phone, but when we paid before the service the guy said $60 each. After it all they stand by the door expecting tip, I felt like they didn't even deserve a tip for how much she hurt me. My boyfriend handed them a $20 tip for both of our massages and the front desk guy proceeded to ask if it was split for both masseuses as if he was expecting $20 tip each. The audacity, Bad bad practice, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I could've went to a chiro for way cheaper and would've felt way better. read more

After reading positive reviews and seeing the ratings for this place, I decided to give this place a try. I went in for a body massage and it was pretty good and the prices are affordable. They had relaxing music playing in the background but from the private rooms in the back you can't hear it very well. It seemed like the speaker was probably in the foot massage area. The only thing I'd advise is to bring change if you're gonna pay cash. They don't have 5s and 1s, just 10s and 20s. Also, this makes It seem like they want your minimum tip to be 10. I came here with my friend. I paid for a 15 minute neck & shoulder massage. The masseuse barely even massaged my neck & shoulders. He mostly focused on my back and legs. Very underwhelming and not what I paid for. He would press down on my shoulder blades which was very painful. I wish I would have gotten a neck & shoulder massage ONLY since that's what I paid for. After the massage was over, he just left to the front desk without saying a word and started eating while watching a video on his phone. Very unprofessional and rude. My male friend was taken to a room in the back and came out almost crying because he was in so much pain. He even said that a woman asked him if he wanted a "happy ending." Very shady & unprofessional business. When we tried to leave, my masseuse demanded us for tips. Tips are not demanded, they are optional & earned. Second visit here was not as great as the first. I got a different therapist for my full body massage and it felt like she didn't have as much experience as Linda, my first therapist. Both therapists used virtually identical techniques and follow identical "programs" (by program, I mean 10 elbow presses from point A to point B, followed by 10 more from point C to D and so on, like they were following a list of directions), but Linda seemed to hit a lot more of my sore points. The 2nd therapist didn't use quite the right pressure at the right places, and her elbow and forearm work grated my bones quite often rather than my muscles (which is why I usually don't like it when they use anything other than their fingers to massage). I would probably pay $40 (standard charge) for the 2nd massage but not the $50 I always end up paying once I add the tip (I would never not add tip). In future, I'm going to specifically ask for Linda and if I can't get her, I might not return as often. 1st massage 5 stars. 2nd massage 3.5 stars. Average 4 stars. BTW, their frequent buyer card of buy 10 get 1 free only applies to the foot massages, which is a bummer b/c my feet are the one part of my jacked-up body that don't need to be worked on. read more

First of all, I want to say everyone here was very nice and sweet and it makes me sad that I have to write this review. However..... I came here because I have a pinched nerve that is borderline debilitating right now. I thought maybe I would just get a nice massage and try to relax. NOPE. Now, I understand using pressure and deep tissue and all that, but this was out of control. This woman beat the s*** out of me so badly that I am now in 10,000 times more pain than I was to start off with. I literally can't even roll over in bed, lift my head up or turn my head without being in mass quantities of pain. She was WAY too rough. There was not a moment of enjoyment during this massage. Not one relaxing moment. It was 100% pain and me tensing up trying to be able to handle the ridiculously ferocious pinpoint pressure she was using. I mean, when she got to my thighs I actually winced and tensed up visibly so she kind of took the hint for a second, but she went right back to the torture soon after. So much for trying to relax. Now I have a pinched nerve AND added unnecessary pain. I wish I would have just saved my $97 and not gone and just suffered through my original pain.
