Relay is a convenience store chain found in French airports and large train stations. I stopped by one of the Orly locations to purchase local SIM cards. It was an easy experience. The employee didn't speak much english, but quickly understood that I wanted a SIM card. She asked if we wanted data (of course!), and offered me an SFR card (that is one of the local cell carriers) with 15gb of data valid for 20 or 30 days, I believe. I believe it was 15 euro per card, which is a great deal. I was flustered because I had forgotten to pack the tool needed to pop out the sim card tray on my phone -- luckily, the employee was prepared, and had a sim card popout tool right at the front counter.
