STAY AWAY…read more Unprofessional, Money Driven, Unprepared, forgetful I am sharing my direct personal experience with this attorney, which has led me to file a formal grievance over severe communication, privacy, and billing concerns. In my opinion, this man is highly narcissistic, self-serving, and only cares about his own wallet. Retainer funds were not put into a trust fund and I was charged without prior itemized invoices, and I was charged every single month for him to "review" my divorce answers. For 9 months that was the only thing that was on my file--yet whenever we spoke, he could never remember any of the details. During a critical consultation, he even permitted an unauthorized third party to stay in the office background without my consent to listen to my private legal affairs.When I told him I did not want to sign the settlement paperwork, he became combative and insulted my support system. Because he chose to schedule a personal vacation during my actual trial week, he pushed me incredibly hard to force a settlement. He even gave me highly inaccurate guidance regarding witness rules to rush the process before he left for a second vacation during critical trial preparation window. When I demanded all future communications be kept in writing and refused to sign the settlement, he immediately filed to withdraw. My advice is to stay far away from this firm; you will not get the prepared, professional, or ethical representation you pay for.
