I used this shady company to take care of a Canadian criminal record check for me that I needed processed in a timely fashion and this company completed the worst job for me. They put my address wrong and then my criminal record check was not accepted by the immigration department for the country for which I was making a residency visa for. They put Tbilisi, Russia. First of all, Tbilisi is the capital city for Georgia and not Russia. Then they tried to blame me for their mistake and when they realized it was their mistake, they would not offer me a refund. This company even went as far as to say that the Russian government doesn't review the details of the paperwork they receive so I should just go ahead and submit the documentation anyways, even if it is completely wrong. Terrible service and even worse that they didn't make it right by giving me a refund. They even admit that they make many mistakes and it's not a problem. This company should have their license revoked for this garbage service. read more

You pay this company a lot to do very little so if they do not do it right I find that unacceptable. Their turnaround time was weeks and then they had to admit that they had entered the data wrong, delaying us further. There are many companies that offer the same services.
