Had elk processed mostly for ground meat and breakfast sausage. The ground meat was excellent and the sausage was just as good as Jimmy Dean's. The jerky and summer sausage samples were also very good. Their fat processing is the best, making a quality product to whatever it is added. So I've always done my processing myself. Until I was a single dad with a toddler... I was very wary of using a processor from what other friends and hunters had told me.. But Reliable has been awesome the past 2 years I have used them. I highly recommend them if you don't have the time to diy. They treat your meat well and it is well worth your money. They have a lot of options for sausage and snack sticks. I really like the jalapeño and cheddar sticks but would give those and some roasts up for their awesome Italian sausage with fresh garlic! Their rates are reasonable and set. They will give you a quote and call you a week or so later.
