Called him out because pontoon would not go into reverse. When he finished, the trim was no longer working and the boat would not accelerate. He said it was a coincidence. To add insult to injury, he cursed my daughter because she wanted an explanation of exactly what did he do. I'm going to a reputable marina to repair what he destroyed. Absolute joke. Steve the (mechanic) was unable to get the motor running. I'm under the impression he put a spark plug in and charged me $150. Very unprofessional, no communication, save your money. If you want something done do it yourself. read more

UNRELIABLE BOAT REPAIR! This guy is incompetent, came out, played with the boat, couldn't fix the boat but charged me anyways. He charges 90 dollars/hour, whether he can or cannot fix the boat. I then trailered the boat to the marina where they simply replaced the fuel filter. Boat has run great ever since. Save your money and take it to a professional. read more
