Rodrigo did a small handyman job for my rental property. Since I don't live there and can not see…read morethe job myself, I rely on text to communicate with him. When I ask him to take before and after pictures and send to me, he got so offended and say I don't trust him. He spend about 3 hours to replace 2 damaged plywood on the soffit, and claimed he has applied 3 coats of paint. I ask him how can he finish 3 coats in such a short time, again he said I don't trust him and threaten me that he will torn his work down and not willing to return the 50% initial payment. I decide this small job is not that important to fight, so I paid him. I ask him to send me a receipt, he just send me an invoice. I ask him to put a remark that the invoice is paid in full, he did put that sentance in with following: "... You are very difficult. In fact, I dare to say you probably don't even have a wife. You are unbearable..." If you like to be threaten and not be respected, he will be a perfect handyman to hire.

Paint drips on the brick and on the the window. When they said they were done, there was still light bulbs and other items in our yard that they had taken out and not replaced or put away. They did not put back the furniture that they moved on our back deck & one of the painters stepped on an iron garden sign that I had in my garden & did not bother to tell me until I found it broken. Paint got on our front porch mat because it did not get moved and they got paint on a door that was not supposed to be painted. Through all of this, we contacted the owner, and he responded quickly and did offer some solutions - they did repaint the door but, we ended up having to put all the furniture back ourselves and when we finally got someone out to deal with the paint on the brick, they were rude and argued with us; even refusing to fix their mistakes. I am extremely disappointed with our experience given the reviews I read prior to hiring this company.
