After multiple conversations, multiple trips to the job site, and recommendations on a synthetic roofing material Gary stopped responding to my calls. They kept my $7,400 materials deposit for my roof despite purchasing no materials and completing no work. All attempts to communicate with this group and obtain the proper registered business information for legal purposes have been unsuccessful. I paid the deposit based on a written quote and agreed scope of work. After securing the signed agreement and deposit, they later claimed they had underestimated the project and attempted to increase the price due to additional materials supposedly required. This raises serious concerns about their ability to assess and properly quote a job. Two months after paying the deposit, they did add some paper to the exterior in 20 minutes, which did not work at all - roof leaked and water everywhere. I was also told later that no materials had actually been purchased because storage was "an issue" and they needed the materials to be stored on my property, placing the blame on me for their lack of communication and organization. Learning that the cost of shingles has actually and quite recently decreased, I lost all trust. Once I refused the increased pricing and work, all of my attempts to get my deposit for materials (calls, texts, and emails) were ignored. My overall experience demonstrated poor planning, a lack of professionalism, terrible communication, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company. I hoped for a professional resolution.
