Very convenient. You can park close by, and with long hours and a host of different GPs to choose…read morefrom, it is usually possible to make an appointment at short notice - which is what you really want when life is busy and you have far more children than you remembered. Individual service from each practitioner has been thorough and conclusive, and impromptu follow-up has been included on several occasions. I wouldn't say that we've yet achieved that intimate personal relationship that I remember having with a local doctor as a child, but perhaps times have just changed. Handy also that upstairs there are several specialist suites, including a dentist, skin specialist and physiotherapist, and that both basic pathology and pharmacy are available on-site. Only drawbacks are that it can be a wait on the phone to make an appointment, and the doctors are prone to running late (though the Practice will usually try and call you in advance if the delay becomes too bad).

I made appointments with a number of different doctors when I first started attending this surgery before settling on the delight that is Dr. Ratna Neville (http://www.yelp.com.au/biz/dr-ratna-neville-mosman). There are numerous male and female doctors to choose from - all of them wonderful and different in their own ways. The surgery is a one stop shop: - They have Registered Nurses on site to attend to dressings and vaccinations etc and one Nurse is particular, Marie, is a shining star. She spotted me as a teary new(ish) mother in the surgery and came over to see if I was ok. She was the one to suggest that my son be treated for Reflux (when others had dismissed me as a neurotic new mum) and I am so thankful for her experienced care and attention. - Douglass Hanly Moir operate from here too so it's easy to get your blood tests done too. - They can bulk bill and arrange for Medicare reimbursement direct to your bank account. - They have an inhouse Chemist called Tony who is very professional, courteous and willing to give advice on medications. - Oh and they have a Physiotherapist, Skin Cancer Clinic and Dentist on site too. Why would you go anywhere else?! Saturday and Sunday are drop-in clinics so no appointments necessary.

To be honest, the only thing good about this place is Dr. Nespelon. I'd give him a 4 star on his…read moreown if I could, but everything else is only worthy of a 2 star. I also like that they bulk bill. But... they are NEVER running on time and most of the doctors treat you like a number, not a person. I went in for a blood test and saw one of the doctors and had to go back in less than 24 hours later for the results and the doctor acted like she had never seen me before and asked what she could help me with- when she in fact was the one who told me to come back the next day. I've been to her about 8 times in the last couple of years and she always acts like we've never met and she's never made an attempt to learn to pronounce my name. My most recent experience has had me fuming!! I had an appointment at 3:10pm. I called up around 3:05 to see if she was running on time. They told me she had 4 other people waiting before me- it would likely be a 40-50 minute wait! They offered for me to come in at 4:30 but I had a meeting at work I could not miss. I asked if I could come at 5, they said no. I asked if I could change to a different doctor, they said no. I asked if my doctor could just call me (since the ONLY reason i was going in there was for a blood result), they said probably not but they would leave her a "message". What, they can't speak to her for 20 seconds when they are in the next room? (She never called by the way) I asked if my test results could be sent to a different office, they said that I personally couldn't make that request. When I expressed a bit of frustration that they couldn't accommodate me AT ALL (remember, this is all because the doctor was running 40-50 minutes late!!) they just said the doctors couldn't see me later because they all had to leave at 5 because they have commitments. YEA, ME TOO!! Hence why 45 minutes late won't work for me! Like I said, other than Dr. Nespelon, who is great- the rest of the doctors that I've seen here here don't really seem to care and the reception staff definitely doesn't seem to.

Staff at the front desk are VERY ordinary but the Doctors are always great. They have a nurse onsite that will do blood tests Etc. Never had a bad experience. I would recommend it because they have lots of doctors on site and you can always get an appointment in an appropriate time.

Wouldn't give me antibiotics for a massive chest infection stating "they are overused in our society. Told me "she didn't think it was pneumonia" and told me to drink water. Went to another doctor the next day and he said it was pneumonia and it's basically abuse not to help with my chest. Took away my pain relief for my migraines stating, we don't use this anymore and told me to take aspirin. Don't you think i tried aspirin when i was diagnosed with migraines over 10 years ago?? I was charges $80 to have her tell me to drink water. Then had to waste another $80 on a doctor that would actually help me. What she thinks goes. Doesn't matter if you have spent 10 years designing and working out what medications work for you and your body. She is one of those new aged doctors that doesn't believe in antibiotics and have her own "well-formed" opinions and its her way or the highway. Doctors are meant to help people, not literally make my life a living hell. If you're reading this doctor, you're a POS and i wanted to jump across the table and rip your face off. thank you next.
