We had no previous knowledge of Reliance, but they came very well recommended. We'd recently had building works done and were in awe of what might happen with our bathroom refurbishment having had close on a disaster with the other builders. From start to finish they were hugely attentive to our requirements and to the detail of the job. All tradesmen were very polite, neat and tidy and likewise attentive to detail too. Our job was the complete refurbishment of our bathroom - our only toilet, so a well planned work schedule and ability to overcome obstacles in a timely fashion was a God-send! The transformation from a tired old toilet and bathroom with no storage to a modern walk-in shower room and toilet with storage and worktop has left both my wife & myself extremely pleased and cannot recommend Graham's company and services too highly, I'm a stickler for detail and Graham has covered it all, no recalls from us to "just do this or that" etc. Right first time!
