The good news is that Dr. Zonshayn has an excellent bedside manner, is clearly an expert in his field, and he gave me a cortisone shot that helped ease my pain. This doctor has unrealistic expectations, which explains why the lobby was completely empty on a Monday morning. I'll never come back to this office and I have no desire to. This doctor does not understand pain and has no care for the patient and for that reason I'm happy that she showed exactly who she was from the very start.
