Since then, I have had to file a couple claims. Everything was handled quickly and fairly. State Farm makes the process smooth and efficient, so I was able to move forward with necessary work without delay. When I temporarily moved for one year, I had to keep my Iowa policies, but also get auto and renters policies out of state. Nanci helped connected me with another agent in that state. When I moved back to Iowa, she was able to quickly adjust my policies based on our needs. We have stayed with her after moving out of the condo and into a home.
