After weeks of staying on the adjuster to just get the statements from both drivers, they finally did and assumed 100% liability. i was told to find a body shop for the car and they would send it there. The adjuster does not return phone calls, her manager does not return phone calls, they do not leave voicemails, and we're going on a month of no car for my son and STILL they have not sent his car to the body shop. The customer service for this company is a joke and i would NEVER use them for myself or anyone i love... or anyone i hate for that matter. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
