The people who work for this company are rude and hostile. I called a couple of times to ask some questions about an item and they were less than happy to assist; in fact annoyed that I was asking questions on dimensions, weight etc. Didn't you call last week asked the salesman. Yes I replied, but now I now have the proper dimensions. He kept rattling on, not answering my questions and became agitated, and asked me where I lived. It was becoming clear, we were not having a successful conversation,and the salesperson was unable to assist me in a calm and helpful manner, so I asked to speak to another employee. He got off the phone and said Do you want to speak to her? The second salesperson spoke to me and said that his coworker was behaving completely appropriately, it was a possible personality clash, and it was MY fault that the conversation had not been a success. He then hung up because he was only interested in supporting his hostile, agitated coworker and not on selling me a product which I had originally wanted to purchase. Both salespeople were males. I would recommend if you are thinking about calling them up, DONT. And if they are okay on the showroom floor, that would be their sales voices talking. If you ever had a problem with a product, I am almost certain they would not honour it, just by their poor uncustomer like service which I experienced this afternoon..They don't like phone calls and were behaving as though as I was wasting their time and not interested in purchasing, which is not at all correct.
