We used ReMax twice to sell 2 homes within 6 months of each other. Both times we used the same realtor. He was only interested in selling to HIS clients so he could get the full commission instead of splitting it. Both times we felt he was working for the other party rather than to help us sell our home. When we tried to end our contract with him after the 2nd home, he got very nasty with us.
