My property was a duplex with four renters, all with differing schedules. Add in Covid challenges and it was not an easy endeavor to sell the home. We had almost 20 showings within the first two days of it being on the MLS. And I had 6 competing offers within those first two days. The first buyer got cold feet and Allison went to work on getting it relisted while also following up with all the people that had already looked at it. The renters weren't thrilled about having more showings so Allison's diligence paid off in spades when we were able to sell it to one of the original buyers without needing more showings, for the same price as the original buyer. It was a challenging sale with a lot of moving parts and Allison guided me the whole way. And then on closing day, she even noticed an error on the documents and saved me upwards of $14,000. He will do everything in his power to get both sides of a contract so as not to have to split commissions. He will state he represents the seller but will immediately turn after a contract has been penned. He will remove all advertisements from print and internet securing his position and not allowing for a 2nd or 3rd place offer. He will request of seller items to be completed which are clearly buyer issues and state buyer will walk if not done. Not a reputable person. Certainly not professional. In our case he drove a wedge between myself and my wife to get his way. I had a "gut" the moment I met him. Wished I'd of gone with it. Recommend you get seller referrals before you decide to sign with him. I know for a fact I'm not the only one who has experienced his "method" of selling. I've spoken to several, sadly if was after the fact.
