Extremely intuitive to what your body needs. I'm 6'6", been hit by a car and played enough B-ball to say I've hit the floor 500+ times. She found all of my pain spots and worked them out with perfect pressure. She asks often if you need more or less. I personally don't enjoy high pressure massages but she's able to do them if you need them. We won't fly up once a month but definitely every 3 months wouldn't be out of the question. If you live in the North Sac, Grass Valley areas, I would only go to Stephanie for massage therapy.
