We went to pick it up, they met us at Slade before 3pm Monday, saying the truck never went to their lot in Zoe,KY. How can they charge 2 days storage ? The mechanic/driver was having trouble unloading her vehicle because of how the chains were hooked. He told us that her vehicle was never unloaded from the truck. They charged her $500 ! what a birthday gift ! We have the receipts & few photos, the ball is in their court for a few days.

I was in the car when he started towing it, his assistant standing by the car. When my wife went to get in the car with me, he waited for her to walk around the car and stick her hand out to touch the car to speed off, potentially risking her injury. He started driving off down the hill without her and claimed not to see her, which we all know he did. The man showed up in a F150 pick up truck with a TRUMP sticker on the back of it, very unprofessional. so we knew for sure the man was racist. after all of that he charged us $350 to pull my car 15 feet. This "company" should be shut down.

Me and my son were in a car accident. Praise God no one was hurt. However, as I am standing on…read morethe side of the road, shaken up holding my 3 year old son. I am approached by a Jacob Daniel's. He asks me if I want a tow AT NO COST TO ME. I tell him I'm not sure I am waiting for my husband. I then have to talk to police and EMT and make sure everyone has all their information they need. The boy then comes over again asking if I want a tow. I again tell him no my husband is on his way. I am still on the verge on tears this whole time and very shaky. He comes over AGAIN! Telling me I have to get my car off the road because it's obstructing traffic. Which in the picture you can see is not true because his big tow truck fits perfectly facing on coming traffic. I show him my husbands car at this point cause he is almost to us but ole boy just keeps talking and I reluctantly give up my keys because I'm afraid I'll get in trouble for having my car on the side of the road. Now my husband calls to go get the car and is informed it will be $250 because my insurance will not pay for the tow because I was at fault for the wreck. Which I know I am at fault but I told him 3 or 4 times that I was waiting for my husband so he could make the call on the tow because I was not in the state of mind to make this call! I am very mad and upset that "MY 3 SONS TOWING" claims to treat you like family but all I got was harassment that ended up in me paying them $250 for my car that I didn't even want towed.
