This company towed my pick up today by mistake they didn't give the driver any information except the vehicle is a Ford and a street name. Then when I called I asked what kind of company broch a foin is this they said I was as not allowed to insult them and they are going to call police I'm sorry that my review upset you but that does not give you the right to make false accusation about me spitting or insulting you're driver I do not now where you got this information from as there is security cameras and witnesses who where outside as proof that never happened read more

Towed 7km = 65$. Non-accident tow, just a snapped control arm + broken lowerball joint Jeep forgot to send me a recall notice to fix... back in '06. Yeah, i know! Fast, as professional as towing can be. Timely! Will gladly call them again for my next towing issue.

My wife got stuck in the snow Tuesday (13/3/17) on hwy 40 and had to abandon it. Knowing that…read moreBurstall Conrad would be the ones who would have towed it I called them the next day and spoke to Sean who assured me almost immediately that they did indeed have it. On paying the fees, which were very reasonable, I went to get my wife's car out of their yard. As a suspension mechanic I noticed right away that something was wrong with the steering. On inspection i saw that the left front inner tie rod had been bent. I went back in and told Sean who promptly called Mike (The Boss) who after seeing the damage, assured me that it would be repaired at no cost to us. Now I work on cars and know that towing one out of a snowbank isn't easy or fun. Mike might easily have told me "Sorry, but ". He did not and I can't say enough about how impressed I and my wife are with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Sean and Mike and the Burstall Conrad organisation.
