We took our new under mount sink to them so they could make the appropriate cut. Within a couple of days they were back to remove the old unit and install the new countertop/backsplash, cut the hole for the new faucet, and install the sink. It looks great! We had our roof replaced about 4 months ago. We requested that the damaged trim be replaced as part…read moreof the job. Their siding and trim subcontractor is not honest. Initially they replaced some of the damaged pieces and told me they were done. I could see more damaged trim looking up from the ground. He agreed it was damaged and asked for an additional $380 to replace those pieces. Fuller got that resolved so good on him. 4 months later I had to get up on the roof to remove a dish. I found more damaged trim that couldn't be seen without actually being on the roof. Fuller won't take responsibility for that saying he won't make his guys work for free. The way I see it I already paid for it to be replaced but the job was not ever done correctly. If it was my house wouldn't have damaged trim. And to add insult to injury, their proposal indicates that 5 pieces of siding would be replaced. They painted the chimney siding but did not replace any.
