My wife and I are relocating to the Greenville area and began our search by watching Renaldo's videos. Allow me to explain why I think Renaldo Powell is an exceptional realtor. I've lived in Jersey my entire life (50 yrs), so when my daughter & I decided to move to SC I had to find a realtor, so what better place than YouTube. There are a few realtors that post regularly, but there's only one that's charismatic, personable & absolutely hilarious. That person is Renaldo the realtor. Renaldo is SO very approachable and pleasant to be around! I was lucky to have found him thru his MANY very informative and funny youtube videos on all things Greenville, etc. My first visit out to meet with him and look at surrounding new construction proved just that! If you are looking for a real estate agent in the upstate, look no further. Renaldo is your guy. Besides knowing all the technical stuff you need to know as an agent, its really his instincts and his personality that set him apart from the rest. He's incredibly easy to relate to, and he can quickly understand your needs and make suggestions. For someone who was relocating to the area, after a few quick convos he was able to steer us into a direction that would better fit our needs.
