My wife and I are relocating to the Greenville area and began our search by watching Renaldo's videos. Allow me to explain why I think Renaldo Powell is an exceptional realtor. I was lucky to have found him thru his MANY very informative and funny youtube videos on all things Greenville, etc. My first visit out to meet with him and look at surrounding new construction proved just that! He is beyond helpful whether it be directions, advice, or even showing me around when I have NEVER been to SC lol this was a HUGE plus for us. Besides knowing all the technical stuff you need to know as an agent, its really his instincts and his personality that set him apart from the rest.
