The two female associates were friendly and professional and allowed me to browse and try on outfits without being over-involved. The products were well-organized and divided by gender, color, and size. I felt like I was able to see everything in my size that I was interested in without searching or feeling overwhelmed. Speaking of size... I noted they have an excellent variety of sizing from xs to 3x. That is great news for people who can't even expect to see their size carried in some stores today! I left the store purchasing two outfits, a blazer and a winter vest (all name brands or 'vintage' and on trend) for less than $40. I have officially become a loyal customer and I look forward to trying their other location soon.

Good prices, though they are going up. Large space, clean merchandise, mostly friendly volunteer…read morestaff. Limited parking. Only open Tuesday and Thursday. They have a section of voucher only merch earmarked for immigrants and others getting established. They also provide new linens and beds. Some of the English speaking voucher recipients are loud and greedy. This would be a five star review, but there is man back where they sort donations. He can be heard in most of the store because he uses a vibrator to speak, probably due to a laryngectomy. This man dictates prices. He also sets low prices on certain items for him to buy himself. He brags about having barns full of stuff. He also has them set aside items to sell on Facebook, but cross borders has nothing listed for sale on Facebook. Seems a little shady, but they do help people get settled, so I will still shop there.
