The gas station is pretty tiny, but it does have a convenience store attached. I dare not ask how old the bags of chips on the wall are though. As for something special about this station - if you came here in a snowmobile, you have to pay before pulling away from the pumps. Guess some snowmobilers did a gas n' dash in the past. The staff taking our order was friendly and helpful. We told her we'd be dining in, so she brought condiments and share plates out to us. She also gave us an extra free coffee. When our food was ready, she brought it over to our table. There was only one other person dining in, who appeared to be a regular sitting with his coffee while reading a newspaper. There were quite a few takeout orders, so you know this is the local spot to grab food from. The Big Bear Breakfast was pretty hearty, so we shared it. Everything was cooked well and the side hash browns were seasoned well, being crispy on the outside. It was my first time trying an Apple Jack. I only wish it was served warm though. Didn't expect much, but it was a good comfort food spot. Their menu is massive, so I'm sure there were other items that would have been great too.

There are several types of coffee available, and even a small sandwich section. The gas jockeys are helpful and friendly, but unfortunately you can't pay at the pump.
